Accredited Buyer Representative - To earn the ABR designation, you must complete this 2-day course plus one elective course. The ABR designation is earned through the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council and identifies those real estate agents who have demonstrated a serious commitment to the practice of buyer agency. Agents with the ABR designation have received professional training above and beyond the minimum requirements for licensing and are committed to providing top-level service.

CRSCRS

Certified Residential Specialist - The WRA offers CRS courses as a part of its Graduate REALTORS® Institute (GRI) program. In addition, the WRA occasionally offers CRS courses on their own. There are two ways you can earn the CRS Designation. Choose the program that best suits your needs. All require membership in the National Association of REALTORS® and the Residential Sales Council. The CRS is a nationally recognized designation. REALTORS® with the CRS are acknowledged for advanced study in listing, selling, investment, taxes and a proven record of experience in applied residential marketing.

GRIGRI

Graduate REALTORS® Institute - To earn a GRI, REALTORS®® must complete three, 4-day courses (GRI 1, 2 and 3) and pass an exam on each course. The WRA's GRI program has the added benefit of including CRS courses as part of the content of the GRI courses. This means that while you're working on your GRI, you're also completing coursework for the Certified Residential Specialist designation. The GRI designation acknowledges REALTORS® who have completed a comprehensive education program that provides practical real estate training. This program is above and beyond the education required to earn a real estate license.

Recreation and Resort Specialists - The WRA's 2-day Recreation and Resort Specialists course will prepare real estate professionals to conduct business in the recreation and resort industry with skills in human relationships, marketing, contract negotiation, property merchandising, business management and personal promotion from the core curriculum.

SRESSRES

Seniors Real Estate Specialist - The WRA's 2-day Seniors Real Estate Specialist course will provide you with specialized knowledge and different solutions to effectively service this market. To earn your SRES designation, you must complete this two-day course and pass an exam. In addition, you must have documentation of at least 3 transactions with senior clients completed in the last 18 months. If you do not have the required senior transactions, you need to submit at least 2 senior transactions prior to your annual renewal date (12 months from joining SAREC). Also, you will need to be a member of the SAREC. The SRES designation acknowledges REALTORS® who have completed an education program that provides practical real estate training for the over 55 client.

The Real Estate BuyerÕs Agent Council awards this designation after fulfillment of several requirements:

Accredited Land Consultant - ALC's are the recognized experts in land brokerage transactions of five specialized types: (1) farms and ranches; (2) undeveloped tracts of land; (3) transitional and development land; (4) subdivision and wholesaling of lots; and (5) site selection and assemblage of land parcels.

CCIMCCIM

Certified Commercial Investment Member - CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management valuation and in-vestment analysis.

CIPSCIPS

 Certified International Property Specialist - Many REALTORS® work with buyers and sellers from different countries or cultures. CIPS designees have demonstrated their international experience and participate in international programs offered by NAR.

CPM

Certified Property Manager - Acquire valuable real estate management skills through educational offerings leading to the CPM® designation. CPM® members have the competitive edge in every area of real estate management from residential to commercial to industrial.

CRBCRB

Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager - The Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation is recognized industry-wide as the symbol of excellence in brokerage management. The most successful brokerages are owned or managed by professionals having the prestigious CRB designation. The CRB designation signifies a leader in the industry and the highest level of professional achievement and recognition in the specialized field of brokerage management.

Counselor of Real Estate - is a member of The Counselors of Real Estate, an international group of recognized professionals who provide seasoned, objective advice on real property and land-related matters.
