Ethics and Fair Housing Training
REQUIRED ETHICS and FAIR HOUSING TRAINING FOR EXISTING MEMBERS
Designated REALTORS®, including licensed Appraisers and REALTORS® must complete 2.5 hours of ethics training every three years, and beginning January 1, 2025, 2 hours of Fair Housing / Anti-Bias Training, meeting specific learning objectives and criteria, on the same three-year cycle.
REALTORS® who have completed the required ethics and fair housing trainings within a three-year cycle in one association shall not be required to complete any further ethics and fair housing trainings for that same training cycle if the REALTOR® becomes or is a member of another association.
