The purpose of this Special Membership Meeting and Electronic Vote is to consider and vote upon the proposed merger between the Central Wisconsin Board of REALTORS®, Inc. (CWBR) and the REALTORS® Association of Northeast Wisconsin, Inc. (RANW), including the approval of the Plan of Merger and the adoption of corresponding amendments to the Association's Bylaws necessary to combine the organizations.

 

 

Before the vote, we will hold our final Town Hall Meeting virtually over Zoom on Wednesday, October 28 at 10 AM.

 

This is your last opportunity to ask questions, share your thoughts or concerns, and get clarification on the proposed merger before voting takes place.

 

We encourage all members who still have questions—or who simply want to hear the discussion—to attend.
