YEARLY CWBR/WRA/NAR MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL
Designated REALTOR®, REALTOR® and Affiliate members must pay their membership renewal dues for the upcoming year in November. Renewal invoices are emailed to all members at the beginning of October.
Dues paid after the November deadline will incur a $100 late fee. Membership will be terminated for anyone that has not paid their renewal dues payment by January 1. To re-establish CWBR membership the new member fee will be charged.
Continuing Education & licensing
Every two years Wisconsin licensees with Real Estate Salespersons, Real Estate Brokers and Appraisal licenses must submit their proof of Continuing Education completion and pay their license renewal fee to THE DEPARTMENT OF SAFETY AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (DSPS).
*Please note: License renewals are NOT processed through CWBR. You must go to the DSPS website to renew your license.
Real Estate Salesperson and Broker licensees must complete 18 hours of approved Continuing Education every two years by December 14th of every EVEN numbered year.
Certified General Appraisers – Must complete 28 hours of approved continuing education and must include the 7 hour USPAP Update course. The biennium ends December 14th of every odd numbered year.
Ethics Training
Designated REALTORS® (including Appraisers) and REALTORS® must complete 2.5 hours of approved Ethics Training every three years. Completion of the C2EX certification will qualify for the ethics requirement.
