Individuals who are engaged in the real estate profession other than as sole proprietors, partners, corporate officers, or branch office managers and are associated with a Designated REALTOR® member and hold a Wisconsin Broker or Salesperson License.
The REALTOR® should belong to the same Local REALTOR® association as the Designated REALTOR® they are associated with.
New REALTORS® must complete CWBR’s New Member Orientation and NAR’s New Member Online Code of Ethics Training within the first 180 days of application submission.
Member benefits include: Availability to be included on the Central WI Multiple Listing Service, Inc (CWMLS) roster as a subagent of a Designated REALTOR® and gain access to CWMLS data, tools and resources, participation in CWBR’s eKEY Program, WRA Legal Hotline, access to ZipForms, Continuing Education, Dispute Resolution Services, Legislative Support, and much more.
To Become a REALTOR® you can complete the Online Realtor Membership Application. Or, you can complete the R Membership Packet and email it to cwbr@cwbr.org. Dues can be paid online by check or credit card (see Dues Schedule for amount) or mailed to CWBR 925 S Park View Circle, Mosinee WI 54455
To Transfer a current CWBR REALTOR® from one broker to another broker please complete the Roster Change Form, Agent Data Worksheet and DSPS Roster Add Form. Please note, we will need a Roster Change Form from the previous broker deleting the REALTOR® from their roster prior to adding the REALTOR® to the new roster. Email documents to cwbr@cwbr.org
